Melissa Edginton received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from University of Alaska Anchorage in 1999. She then went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Cincinnati Ohio in 2013.

Edginton is an AANP certified Family Nurse Practitioner and her background includes 12 years of labor and delivery as a Registered Nurse (RN) and then as a travel nurser on the California central coast.

She joined Dr. Steinberg at UroGynecology Speciality Center in 2015. Before that, she provided Obstetrics and Women's Healthcare for two years.
