Dr. Kyle Farr is a Nurse Practitioner, born and raised in Michigan, who loves working with his patients to help them maintain their health and wellbeing using a patient centered approach. He works with the patient to set achievable goals that will leave them healthy and looking refreshed. He believes in taking a preventative approach to aging. Kyle has a focus for patient satisfaction and wants to ensure that his patients are happy and active in their care.

Farr has over fifteen years experience in health care. Kyle holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Madonna University, a Master of Science of Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Oakland University. Kyle Farr is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice (FNP) and he specializes in aesthetic medicine and internal medicine/adult health.
